Digital services

Because all coaching programs are:

  • Tailor-made,

  • Delivered immediately,

  • And classified as digital services,

No refunds are granted after program access begins.


Subscriptions

Subscriptions are:

  • Billed monthly.

  • Cancelable anytime with 7-day notice.

  • Non-refundable for charges already processed.


In-person coaching

  • Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

  • No-shows lose their session without reimbursement.


Exceptional refunds

Requests must be emailed within 7 days of the incident to:

Refunds may be approved only for:

  • Severe medical incapacity (with documentation)

  • Non-performance of services by HIKU

All approvals remain at HIKU’s discretion.
