Tailor-made,
Delivered immediately,
And classified as digital services,
No refunds are granted after program access begins.
Subscriptions are:
Billed monthly.
Cancelable anytime with 7-day notice.
Non-refundable for charges already processed.
Sessions cancelled less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.
No-shows lose their session without reimbursement.

Refunds may be approved only for:
Severe medical incapacity (with documentation)
Non-performance of services by HIKU
All approvals remain at HIKU’s discretion.
