Prefer in-person? We offer in-person sessions at Boulderzaal The Island (Antwerp) as part of the Granite Plan. The Sandstone Plan offers a fully remote experience, with the assessment held in person if you’re able to make it to this location.
No specific grade needed — just motivation!
A base level of around 6A and at least one year of climbing experience would be optimal.
But you can always start working on your strength, conditioning, and mobility from day one, even while you’re still building experience.

We also take the time to understand your sport background, assess your strengths
and weaknesses, and use that as the foundation for your plan. That way, your training starts from where you really are — and moves you toward where you want to be.

Ho scoperto per caso il programma di allenamento proposto da Beatrice, la seguivo perchè è una climber durissima e poi si è rilevata essere anche una bravissima allenatrice.
Ho da subito avuto l’impressione che anche se viviamo in due stati diversi la distanza non sarebbe stata un intralcio all’allenamento. Bea è molto attenta ai dettagli, risponde con chiarezza ai tuoi dubbi e con l’aiuto dei video, delle tue descrizioni e domande, sa darti aiuti mirati. I chose Beaʼs Granite Training Plan to build more strength and improve my climbing in overhangs. After three years of climbing and with a background in gymnastics, I noticed I progressed quickly on slabs but had been stuck for a while on more powerful, dynamic, overhanging routes . That started to affect my motivation, so I decided to do something about it.
I found Bea through Instagram, and during the initial assessment she not only looked at what I could already do but also really listened to my personal goals. I immediately felt comfortable and could tell she wanted to create a plan fully tailored to me. She explains every exercise clearly, makes sure Iʼm doing them correctly, and provides helpful videos to review later, super convenient!
Iʼm now in week four of my training plan, and I can already feel a huge difference. For example, I managed to do my first pull-ups without a resistance band, something I struggled with before. The workouts are perfectly adapted to my needs, which makes it much easier to stay consistent compared to when I tried to train strength on my own. Bea is always available on WhatsApp for questions or doubts, and she constantly encourages me, which is incredibly motivating.
During my first one-on-one session, we focused on a few overhang boulders Iʼd been struggling with. Bea gave great tips and helped me work on specific movements and techniques. Sheʼs always open to feedback and truly listens to what you want and need. Thanks to this training plan, I feel stronger, more confident, and excited to keep improving as a climber. Iʼm curious to see where the next few weeks will take me!
