Climbing drills

Your plan focuses on what matters. Mobility to move freely, conditioning to build strength and prevent injury’s, climbing drills to turn practice into progress.

Where shall I start?

Starting is always possible no matter your current level! A structured training plan helps you go further by reducing risks of injury and boosting your performance.

Do you coach online?

Yes but and not only that!

We offer full remote coaching through Zoom check-ins, personalised feedback, and continuous support via WhatsApp. You’ll always have someone in your corner.

Prefer in-person? We offer in-person sessions at Boulderzaal The Island (Antwerp) as part of the Granite Plan. The Sandstone Plan offers a fully remote experience, with the assessment held in person if you’re able to make it to this location.

No specific grade needed — just motivation!

A base level of around 6A and at least one year of climbing experience would be optimal.

But you can always start working on your strength, conditioning, and mobility from day one, even while you’re still building experience.

It depends on your time, goals, and style.
Our plans are fully personalized — we adapt to your weekly schedule, climbing frequency, and available equipment. Whether you’re after a light structure or a full-on performance plan, we’ll build something that fits your life — not fights it.

We also take the time to understand your sport background, assess your strengths
and weaknesses, and use that as the foundation for your plan. That way, your training starts from where you really are — and moves you toward where you want to be.

Just the basics you’ll find in most climbing gyms and we’ll guide you through all of it.

From crimps, pinch blocks, and pull-up bars to weights, resistance bands, hangboards, and more — we work with a wide range of tools. Don’t worry if it’s all new to you — we’ll show you how to use each one effectively.

Training is always adapted to the gear you have access to, whether you’re at home,
in a bouldering gym, or on the go.
